As we approach our first full year of operation, Zeta House has been a compressed lesson in the messiness and magic of building a multi-adult household from the ground up. In our first six months of operating Zeta House, we learned that for a community to thrive, it needs more than just rules and facilities; it needs a nervous system. It needs a single point of trust on the ground who can feel its pulse. This is why today, we are formalizing the Community Steward role, a position designed not to manage, but to nurture the delicate fabric of a shared home.
