Here is a practical summary to help you compare 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month options:
1-month rolling memberships: written notice is required at least 30 nights before your intended move-out date.
Rolling renewal: if notice is not submitted in time, the next 30-night cycle renews and the full cycle rent applies.
6-month and 12-month memberships: you receive discounted fixed-term pricing. If you need to leave early, your responsibility is capped at the lesser of one 30-night cycle or the remaining fixed-term rent.
Texas-law protections: early termination without penalty may apply in protected circumstances when legal requirements and documentation are met.
